1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Holy Trading Science platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Holy Trading Science ("we", "us", or "our").

All content provided on the Platform is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. You acknowledge and agree that:

3. No Financial Advice or Liability

We expressly disclaim any and all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any content provided. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform.

4. Membership Tiers and Pricing

The Platform offers the following membership tiers:

Foundation — One-time payment of $99 AUD. Grants permanent access to Foundation-level content.
Advanced — One-time payment of $199 AUD. Grants permanent access to Foundation and Advanced-level content.
VIP — Monthly subscription of $349 AUD. Grants access to all content, including real-time updates and direct support, for the duration of the subscription.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing purchases will not be affected by price changes.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any tier purchases or subscription payments. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy. For VIP subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
Not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any Platform content without our prior written consent.
Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, logos, course materials, and software, is the property of Holy Trading Science and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, or otherwise exploit any content without our express written permission.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Platform, other users, or our business. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately cease. No refunds will be issued upon account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holy Trading Science, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
